1. How can I pay for my order?
Most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express are accepted online, we also accept PayPal.
2. Is it safe to order over the internet?
Yes. All sensitive information is encrypted.
3. What do you charge for delivery?
Delivery to England & Wales is free, however there is a £35 delivery surcharge to Scotland.
4. Will I have to assemble the furniture myself?
At Visionary Furniture the majority of our products are designed with no self assembly needed, however, to avoid damage in transit, certain items may require self assembly - this includes all dining tables, beds, some wardrobes and legs on sofas & chairs. Any handles e.g. for drawers and wardrobe doors may be on the inside of the drawers and doors.
5. The access to my home is quite tight, what should I do?
It is important that you are sure that the product can be delivered into you home and into your chosen location. The sizes of each product are shown on the website so that you can take measurements and confirm.
6. What do I do if I want a refund?
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details. In the instance that you are to be issued a refund, it will be processed via the same method that the initial payment was made. For example, if you paid for the item using a credit card, the refund will be made onto the same credit card.
7. What happens if my furniture is damaged on delivery?
Our Home Delivery Specialists treat every piece of furniture as if it was their own. Their mission is to ensure you’re 100% happy from the moment you choose your furniture to the day it arrives. In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives with signs of transit damage, please email our online team at info@visionaryfurniture.co.uk and we will guide you through the return process.
